All of us are born equal, but because of circumstance, disease or a disability, we do not always have equal access to the resources that we need to live fully realized lives. It is our goal at CMF to raise awareness and educate others about the need to provide resources for those afflicted by disease and for those who have a disability, so each of us can live up to our potential.

• The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and its network of chapters help promote research, educate, advocate on critical issues and organize a wide range of programs in the fight to end the devastating effects of MS.
• The mission of the Autism Society of America promotes lifelong access and opportunity for all individuals within the autism spectrum to be fully participating members of their community. Education, advocacy at state and federal levels, active public awareness.
